Dr. Prateek Dhingra
Dr. Prateek Dhingra is a specialist anaesthetist who completed his medical training at the University of Western Sydney. Following medical school, he commenced postgraduate training on the Central Coast, NSW. He then undertook specialty training in anaesthesia through hospitals on the Central Coast (Gosford Hospital, Wyong Hospital), Dubbo Base, and Newcastle (John Hunter Hospital, Maitland Hospital) before completing a provisional fellowship year at St George Hospital in Sydney.
After obtaining his FANZCA, Dr. Dhingra completed a Postgraduate Certificate in Clinical Education through The University of Edinburgh and undertook a further six-month period of clinical training in the field of regional anaesthesia through Sunnybrook Hospital in Toronto, Canada. He now lives in Sydney and has public and private appointments in the Sydney metropolitan region and Newcastle.
Outside of anaesthesia, Dr. Dhingra enjoys travel, running, hiking and trying to improve his cooking and mixology skills.
